Disability Benefits for Wounded Warriors
Military members disabled while on active duty on or after October 1, 2001, can have their Social Security disability claims expedited. Even if a member is receiving military pay, they may may be eligible for Social Security disability, which is different from Department of Veterans Affairs Benefits.
